We are responsible for dispatch timing; in-transit time depends on the carrier and local customs/delivery. We’ll expedite and follow up where possible but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Free worldwide standard shipping by default. If available, express options can be selected at checkout (paid).

Tracking will be provided; orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra charge.

For reliable delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders. Please provide an English address and a reachable phone number.
Duties & Taxes

Our pricing includes routine import clearance and duties (handled by our forwarder/carrier in the destination country).

However, local VAT/GST or regional fees vary by jurisdiction. The carrier may still collect such local taxes or service fees from the recipient per local regulations; these are outside our control. For specifics, please consult your local customs or the carrier.
Undeliverable & Address Issues

If a parcel is returned due to incomplete address, refusal, or unreachable recipient, we will refund to the original payment method, minus round-trip shipping and applicable fees (if any). Re-delivery or address changes may incur additional charges.
Damage/Shortage on Arrival

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video; we’ll assist with claims and reshipment.
