Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 7 days after delivery to request a return.

How to start
Email jiangenze1985@gmail.com for authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns (sent back without approval) will be refused.

Item condition
Items must be unused, with tags/seals, and in original packaging, with order number/proof of purchase.


Change-of-mind (non-defective)

  • Before shipment (order not yet shipped):
    Cancellation/refund will deduct a 5% non-refundable payment processing fee (covers gateway/bank charges). Any applied discounts are not restorable.

  • After shipment (or delivered):

    • Return shipping is paid by the customer;

    • A 20% restocking fee (of the order value) will be deducted to cover logistics and transaction costs.

(Where local laws require otherwise—e.g., certain consumer rights—those rules take precedence.)


Defective / DOA / Wrong item

Once verified, no restocking fee applies, and we cover both outbound & return shipping, offering a replacement or refund.
Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.


Exchanges

Please return for a refund first, then place a new order.


Non-returnable items

Custom-made items, opened consumables affecting resale, and digital/downloadable files are non-returnable.


EU 14-day cooling-off

For deliveries to the EU, consumers may cancel a full order within 14 days without reason. We will refund the product price and standard delivery (excluding any express upgrade).
If the item shows value reduction beyond necessary handling/inspection, a deduction (which may include a restocking fee) may apply.
Note: Payment processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider’s rules; we follow applicable law.


Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. Processing times by banks/payment providers may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at jiangenze1985@gmail.com
